You’ll get two included tune-ups a year, one for the air conditioning and one for the heating.
In addition to maintaining your heating and cooling systems, our Moore Rewards Cub Membership includes an 11-Point Plumbing Safety Inspection, discounts on plumbing repairs and exclusive pricing on drain clearing!
Benefits:
Your Moore Rewards Membership includes, at no cost, a thorough 18-Point Furnace Precision Tune-Up and Cleaning, to keep you warm during those chilly winter nights.
If you decide not to take advantage of this benefit, the Precision Tune-up and Professional Cleaning has no monetary value. Limited to 1 Tune-Up and Professional Cleaning per 6-month season. Furnace only memberships are limited to 1 Furnace Tune-Up and Professional Cleaning per year. Benefit must be redeemed before the end of each applicable season (summer and winter).
Your Moore Rewards Membership includes, at no cost, a thorough 26-Point AC Precision Tune-Up and Professional Cleaning of your air conditioning system to keep you cool during those hot summer days.
If you decide not to take advantage of this benefit, the Precision Tune-up and Professional Cleaning has no monetary value. Limited to 1 Tune-Up and Professional Cleaning per 6-month season. Furnace only memberships are limited to 1 Furnace Tune-Up and Professional Cleaning per year. Benefit must be redeemed before the end of each applicable season (summer and winter).
Upon request, your Moore-Rewards Membership includes, at no cost, a thorough 11-Point Plumbing Safety Inspection to inspect for water leaks, ensure drains are flowing properly and to check all gas and venting components.
If you decide not to take advantage of this benefit, the Plumbing Inspection has no monetary value. Limited to 1 Plumbing Inspection per year.
Your Moore Rewards membership includes a thorough attic analysis to inspect your insulation levels, ductwork and check all systems for leaks.
As a Moore Rewards Member, upon request, we guarantee 24-hour repair response time. If we are unable to accommodate your request and repair(s) is needed during the visit, we will cover the cost of the repair up to $500.
Standard service charges apply.
As a Moore Rewards Member, upon request, if your A/C and/or Furnace system needs to be replaced, we will provide you with priority service within 24 hours of a permit being pulled.
As a Moore Rewards Member, we know your time is valuable, so we’ll guarantee our arrival to service your HVAC system within a 2-hour window.
As a Moore Rewards Member, we are here to serve you. If you move, you can transfer your membership to your new home (if in our service area) or you can transfer your payment credits the new home owner – a nice ‘extra’ to offer perspective buyers!
As a Moore Rewards Member, the diagnostic fee will only be $19.
As a Moore Rewards Member, the Drain Clearing Fee will only be $57.

As a Moore Rewards Member, you’re guaranteed 15% off plumbing repairs!
As a Moore Rewards Member, you’re guaranteed 10% off all indoor air quality products, water heaters and water filtration systems.
As a Moore Rewards Member, the original warranty on any Moore Home Services HVAC repair(s) performed today or while a Moore Rewards member is extended for so long as you remain an uninterrupted Moore Rewards Member.
Warranty excludes compressors, heat exchangers, coils, and refrigerant leaks. No monetary value.
As long as you remain an uninterrupted Moore Rewards Member, 100% of your membership fees accumulated on a pro rata basis at the time of service may be applied towards the cost of a Moore Home Services i) complete system replacement, ii) a complete system with ductwork, insulation or radiant barrier replacement, or iii) a partial system with ductwork, insulation or radiant barrier replacement. 50% of your Moore Rewards membership fees accumulated on a pro rata basis at the time of service may be applied towards the cost of a Moore Homes Services i) partial system only replacement; or ii) ductwork, insulation or radiant barrier only replacement.
Moore Rewards Membership must stay current through date of service. Offer applies to system and/or ductwork, insulation and radiant barrier purchased from Moore Home Services.
Moore Rewards Monthly Memberships with Moore Home Services will AUTOMATICALLY RENEW for successive one month terms unless you choose to cancel or your Moore Rewards Membership is terminated by Moore Home Services. Moore Rewards Annual Memberships with Moore Home Services will AUTOMATICALLY RENEW for successive one year terms unless you choose to cancel or your Moore Rewards Membership is terminated by Moore Home Services. Moore Rewards 1-Year and 2-Year Pre-Paid Memberships with Moore Home Services are pre-paid and will not automatically renew, but provide you with an option to renew at the end of the applicable term at the price then in effect.
You are required to notify Moore Home Services immediately of any change in your name, billing address, service address, email address, telephone number, credit card, bank or other account information. Moore Home Services may terminate automatically renewing Monthly Memberships and Annual Memberships after two consecutive months of non-payment.
Each Moore Rewards Membership is a one year minimum commitment. In the event of membership cancellation prior to the end of the one year minimum term of membership, any discount benefits received are void and will be charged back to you by Moore Home Services. Your Moore Rewards Membership entitles you to a wide range of attractive benefits, including priority service and discounts. We will attempt to contact you via e-mail, mail or telephone to schedule your free maintenance or you can contact us directly anytime to schedule your appointment. Moore Rewards benefits are not for resale and are not redeemable for cash. Any unused portion of your benefits is not refundable.
Information you provide in connection with the Moore Rewards Membership program will be used as described in our privacy policy.
Moore Rewards Billing
For automatically renewing Monthly Memberships and Annual Memberships, your method of payment on file with Moore Home Services will continue to be charged each month (for Monthly Memberships) or each year (for Annual Memberships) at the rate shown on your Moore Rewards Membership Agreement until membership is cancelled.
For automatically renewing Monthly Memberships, the first monthly payment is collected at the time of service. After that, monthly payments for your membership will be collected on the 15th of each month.
For automatically renewing Annual Memberships, the first annual payment is collected at the time of service. After that, annual payments will be billed on the 15th of the month of commencement the following year and will continue to be billed on the same date annually until cancelled.
