Moore Rewards Monthly Memberships with Moore Home Services will AUTOMATICALLY RENEW for successive one month terms unless you choose to cancel or your Moore Rewards Membership is terminated by Moore Home Services. Moore Rewards 1-Year and 2-Year Memberships with Moore Home Services are pre-paid, and provide you with an option to renew at the end of the applicable term at the price then in effect. Your method of payment on file with Moore Home Services will continue to be charged where applicable each month at the rate shown on your Moore Rewards Membership Agreement until membership is cancelled. You are required to notify Moore Home Services immediately of any change in your name, billing address, service address, email address, telephone number, credit card, bank or other account information. Moore Homes Services may terminate monthly memberships after two consecutive months of non-payment.
Discount benefits received prior to the end of the first six months of membership may be subject to charge-back in the event of membership cancellation. Your Moore Rewards Annual Membership entitles you to a wide range of attractive benefits, including priority service and discounts. We will attempt to contact you via e-mail, mail or telephone to schedule your free maintenance or you can contact us directly anytime to schedule your appointment. Moore Rewards benefits are not for resale and are not redeemable for cash. Any unused portion of your benefits is not refundable.
Moore Rewards Billing
For monthly automatically-renewing memberships, the first monthly payment is collected at the time of service. After that, monthly payments for your membership will be collected on the 15th of each month.
